We sponsored an NGO called Dream and Life Foundation to make donations in this year’s Breast cancer awareness month. They visited a remote village in the Bono East region called Asantekwaa. They educated both the students and community women on the causes and preventive measures to put in place to prevent Breast cancer.
We had a REFLO’S representative with them to educate these women and girls on menstrual hygiene after which our sanitary pads were shared with them to promote menstrual hygiene. This also aided us in fulfilling our corporate social responsibility.
