I’m a true Maverick at heart. Being independent-minded and not going along with the crowd has always been a part of who I am. I’m not afraid to shake things up and take risks that others might shy away from. I believe that asking tough questions is the key to uncovering new perspectives and breaking through barriers!

I am Kugler Selina Chikondi, aka REFLO’S MAVERICK.

My family have always been a huge influence in my life. I grew up surrounded by women who were not afraid to go after what they wanted, and this empowered me to do same. I was inspired to pursue my dreams and do whatever it takes to achieve my goals. 

I started out working in an IT consulting firm before using my savings to open a grocery shop, which allowed me to achieve financial freedom.

But it wasn’t until I met a friend who introduced me to Reflo’s baby diapers that my life truly changed. Reflo’s was the only pull-up diaper on the market at the time, and my customers loved it! Through my friend, I met the Founder and Managing Director of Reflo Company Limited and we became great friends. Together, we discussed the idea of creating a TV show that would promote women empowerment. Reflo Company Limited then launched the TV show and it was a huge success. I was later asked to take on the role of Reflo’s Maverick after the original Maverick faced some setbacks.

Working with Reflo Company Limited has been a dream come true. The company has grown in every way imaginable and I’ve had the chance to help promote a product that I truly believe in. Reflo’s diapers and sanitary pads are soft, absorbent, and gentle on the skin. I’ve shared them with my family and friends, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
